“I wrote a graduation paper at Svalner and then got a job here straight after. My job as tax advisor has academic elements in the processes, and educational elements in helping clients to understand complex taxation issues, so my work is extremely varied and stimulating – pretty much everything you can think of in taxation. No two days are the same, which I think is perfect.

My colleagues are very highly skilled and dedicated. They’re also strong, sociable personalities who like having fun together. I’m very happy because the atmosphere here is so nice and easy-going. Svalner is like a soccer team, with team spirit and a competitive instinct. We always want to develop and improve.

I think we differ from large accountancy firms in that here we get to meet clients even as new employees, which enables us to develop much faster.
